Lake Wales Ridge: Groundwater-Quality Data Summary, 1999-2003

The 1999-2003 sampling program focused on nutrients and 29 pesticides and degradates, as well as selected major and trace dissolved inorganic constituents (see Analytes and Methods). Well construction information (well depths, screen intervals) including approximate depths to the water table at the monitoring wells is included in table 1. The "Overview of Agrichemicals" (below) summarizes quarterly samples collected from April 1999 through April 2003. The "Reconnaissance Sampling for Additional Simazine Degradates" (below) included samples collected from five wells during July 2003.
